At Ahomi British University, we strive to provide a seamless experience for participants in our conferences, seminars, and events. Below are our policies regarding returns and refunds:

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellation Rights:

    • You are entitled to cancel your registration for any event within 14 days without providing any reason.

    • The deadline for canceling an event registration is 14 days from the date of your registration.

    • If registration is made within two weeks before the event date, the amount cannot be refunded.

  2. How to Cancel:

    • To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement via email at conference@ahomi.edu.vn.

  3. Refund Process:

    • We will process your refund no later than 30 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.

    • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and no fees will be incurred for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds:

  1. Eligibility:

    • The registration must have been made within the last 14 days.

    • Requests for refunds must be received at least 14 days before the event date.

  2. Non-refundable Situations:

    • Registrations made within two weeks before the event date.

    • Registrations that include downloadable content or materials.

    • Personalized or customized events as per your specifications.
