Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation Rights:
You are entitled to cancel your registration for any event within 14 days without providing any reason.
The deadline for canceling an event registration is 14 days from the date of your registration.
If registration is made within two weeks before the event date, the amount cannot be refunded.
How to Cancel:
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement via email at conference@ahomi.edu.vn.
Refund Process:
We will process your refund no later than 30 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and no fees will be incurred for such reimbursement.

Eligibility:
The registration must have been made within the last 14 days.
Requests for refunds must be received at least 14 days before the event date.
Non-refundable Situations:
Registrations made within two weeks before the event date.
Registrations that include downloadable content or materials.
Personalized or customized events as per your specifications.
